I've been hit by a sense of nostalgia, and I miss the feeling of performing on stage. Should i return to Saints Alumni? But to do that, I have to first make sure I can find the correct commitment. Commitment that I am afraid to give, to give up so easily. Maybe because one by one, my favourite seniors are dwindling and also, new fresh faces are coming in and acting as if they own the place.
This might be a little boastful, but i miss the venues I've performed at when I was back at SASMB. I miss,
Chinese High School Auditorium. (Junior Band Fest, 2000)
Raffles Hotel, Jubilee Hall. (Saints Hallelujah, 2000)
Nanyang Polytechnic Auditorium. (SYF 2001. Gold)
Victoria Concert Hall. (Evening with the Saints, 2001, 2002, 2003, SYF 2003. Gold. Saints Hallelujah, 2005)
Sydney Opera House. (International Music Festival, 2001. Gold with SAJC)
SeaWorld. (a small performance for the public in SeaWorld, Australia)
Esplanade Concert Hall. (Evening with the Saints, 2004)
There are probably various other performances I will neglect to mention, Botanic Gardens, Istana, etc, etc.
I miss making music. I miss the band culture. I miss band camps. I miss talking till the wee hours to the morning in school during band camps. I miss playing a fool. I miss doing foot drills. Okay, maybe not.
=(

I've been wanting to upload this since last week, but couldnt really find the time to do it. Anyway, there were/are 3 new additions to the Ng family. Rabbits!
Although I realise they must look like hamsters from this angle, but i assure you they're 100% rabbits who cower in fear everytime I intimidate them.
I've got names for them! Rabbit A, Rabbit B and Rabbit C. Woot!

Went to watch March of the Penguins with dom boy today! I would advise you guys
NOT to watch this documovie cuz it will serious put you to sleep with its repetitive sentences by its 2 main narrators, reminding me something like a lousily done history essay with the student trying to beat around the bush so as to make the essay look longer, and in this case, the documovie.
Anyway, we saw the Goblet of Fire trailer (and we were one of the first!) and thinking about it now, the music sounded pretty dark and lord of the rings like.
"And so are you satisfied now?"

Here is the situation as i see it.
Millennia Institute (MI) is made up of 2 campuses, one situated at Toh Tuck, the other at Bartley. Toh Tuck is the one with science, arts and commerce while bartley only offers arts and commerce. Obviously, having science and also the bigger campus means Toh Tuck has the bigger population. So obviously, the people over there have greater influence in decision making than us in Bartley.
Apparently though, some students at Toh Tuck think that they are far greater than those in Bartley. Not having a lot of friends over at Toh Tuck, I am basing what I am going to say from what i hear from others who has constant interaction with Toh Tuck.
First off, it seems Toh Tuck has a far more hardworking student population than Bartley. It is where at Toh Tuck you'll come to see the infamous JC style mugging in place. However, though, people over there, please do not think because of that than you guys are greater and have superior intellect than with the people in Bartley. We all came into MI with almost the same results and so therefore, please do not act so high and mighty just because you're from Toh Tuck. It sucks, seeing as you're probably not going to make it past the A levels anyway.
For those people from Toh Tuck reading our blogs (yes, you're that one) you want to offer criticism, offer some constructive ones. Thinking that people at Bartley are more immature just because of the way they blog, and after reading your blogs, I dun see a damn big difference in maturity either. If you have comments like that, why not keep it to yourself? Better still, stop visiting our blogs then.
Stop pushing us around just because we're the minority. If some students skip lessons, and you want to make all of us come over to Toh Tuck to have lessons, wouldnt it make MORE students skip lessons? That will frustrate both parties and ultimately, although we will be the ones who will be sitting for the As, we will be the ones who lose out. but who cares? Its Toh Tuck man, the other side of the island. Most of us stay in the north and east, and while for the northerners its not that bad, by the time the easterners get home, we'll be too tired to study. Unless you're gonna provide to and back transportation, the idea of having lessons at Toh Tuck will not be accepted readily.
And those who skip the lessons, dun think I've forgotten about you. Its kinda irresponsible to not just attend lessons right. Especially if you dun turn up week after week, it will reflect alot on your grades. Im sure you wont want to end up with just an E or D for your A levels right. So please, if you want to skip, just take the early leave alright.
I still think bartley has the nicest teachers. Their concern for us is more than you ever thought possible. Just obtaining early leave today has shown me that, and mrs tan even offered advice on what kind of medicine to buy. You dun really see this everywhere you know.
As for Toh Tuck, buzz off you "intellectuals".
Anyone from Toh Tuck who wants to look for me, I welcome it. The name's Terrance Ng from 04B4, Bartley.
Panic Attack Finally catching the flu bag going around these few days ensured that i went through at least 5 packets of tissues in school =X Luckily I anticipated this and brought sufficient packets. Anyway I took early leave from school, at 12 even though school would later end at 1:45 and I already had no more lessons.
I couldnt bear to stay in school though, i was sneezing like crazy.
"Where are you going? Er...going home. Going home to do what? Er...sleep?"

I walk beside you - Dream TheaterThere's a story in your eyes
I can see the hurt behind your smile
For every sign I recognise
Another one escapes me
Let me know that plagues your mind
Let me be the one to know you best
Be the one to hold you up
When you feel like you're sinking
Tell me once again
What's beneath the pain you're feeling
Don't abandon me
Or think you can't be saved
I walk beside you
Wherever you are
Whatever it takes
No matter how far
Through all that may come
And all that may go
I walk beside you
I walk beside you
Summon up you ghosts for me
Rest your tired throughts upon my hands
Step inside this sacred place
When all your dreams seem broken
Resonate inside this temple
Let me be the one who understands
Be the one to carry you
When you can walk no futher
Tell me once again
What's below the surface bleeding
If you've lost your way
I will take you in
I walk beside you
Wherever you are
Whatever it takes
No matter how far
Through all that may come
And all that may go
I walk beside you
I walk beside you
Oh when everything is wrong
Oh when the hopelessness surrounds you
Oh the sun will rise again
The tide you swim against will carry you back home
So don't give up
Don't give in
I walk beside you
Wherever you are
Whatever it takes
No matter how far
Through all that may come
And all that may go
I walk beside you
I walk beside you
Haha...fantastic song, like what dom blogged about, reflects my mood now. On contrary though, please dun try to analyse this. You wont truely get what I feel unless if you're God, or i bare my soul to you.

Whats the worse thing that could happen? When PM Lee talked about education in his speech yesterday, I had this sudden urge to drop my studies now and go straight to ITE/Poly to study. The changes that they are going through made it look as if graduating with a diploma would be far more useful then if we graduated with a degree in Arts and Social Science.
From emphasizing on our customary compulsory first 10 years of education, we have now moved a step ahead and make sure every singaporean gets a post secondary education. We are now moving in new directions, different from the one other powerhouses in Asia, to avoid a headlong collision and inevitably losing to China. As PM Lee said, there used to be a time where there are countries better than us, we are cheaper than them. There are countries cheaper than us, we are better than them. However the tides of the international economy is shifting, and countries whom are better are getting cheaper, while countries which are cheaper are getting better, and Singapore gets sandwiched in between. Being able to get out of the way would ensure our on survival.
What the hell am i doing in MI? I dun even know what i want to do next time.

Yellow Ribbon Project
Its finally the end of the work week, friday ending practically as one of the more relaxed days of the week. Halfway through the first 2 periods, sk received a message from iggy saying happily that he's gonna end school at 9:45am because his teacher didnt come. Unexpectedly though, our econs teacher would have to help with the econs quiz preparations that would have to later take place, and we would have 2 periods free later too.
I dun really have alot to say though, except for this superb message for my fellow Millennians =Pstarting from this week,
9 weeks,
48 days,
1130 hours,
678000 minutes,
4068000 seconds and....
counting down to promos right this moment.
I hope this will spur you guys on to work hard =P

Comin' Down the World turned overWoke up suddenly and abruptly this morning, shaken awake by my mom reminding me that its already 6:30am and its time for me to get up and prepare for school. I vaguely remembered being extremely sick the day before, catching the flu bag and having to make the trip down the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA), which other than their fascinating models of singapore, nothing else really interested me.
So, i was physically very tired the night before, and fell asleep almost immediately after plopping onto bed just after midnight. Amazingly, I had this extremely weird dream/nightmare, of which I do not know how to describe BUT, i know what was the catalyst for this dream. It was the picture of the LANA CAKE THAT PHOEBE PUT ON HER BLOG. If not why would I ever get to dream about oreo chessecake or something along those lines along with both dominic and sengkiat in the dream. The only other thing that I remembered was that the cake looked delicious and was very expensive. Also, the place we were at resembled Carl's Jr. Maybe it was due to the effects of the flu and the eating of panadols and bertram's flu medicine, I might have been slightly delusional even without realising.
Amalia insisted that I had fever today even though I didnt feel anything, weird though, that khai would agree with her too. Maybe it was the weather and all, and with that blasted aircon in the library, my body temperature might have shot up to maintain safe operational levels. Also, today was the second time me and sengkiat saw malay guys checking amalia out on the bus on the way home, and while we were getting off at the sing post stop, one of them even shouted out "bye~" in a casual manner. Its not that I am being racist here (looks pointedly at dominic, yes you.) but I find the way these malay guys try to present themselves to whatever pretty girls they meet outside extremely
distasteful. Thinking about it now though, I feel
fucked up would be a better term to use. One of them even tried to take a photo of her as the bus passed by us, probably the very same guy that said bye. They really should try to refine the methods they use to attract attention/pick up girls.
Who wants to watch Stomp, a percussion concert with me on september 30th, at the esplanade theatre?
"What happened between them? I thought they were always together in school and now she broke away from their clique, and I wonder who is in the wrong. However it cant be possible that all 4 of them are wrong right? But knowing her, I dun think she's in the wrong either..."

ForecastCarl's Jr burger was something new today, a sort of burger king slash subway thing, having very cool looking burgers and free(!) refills. Haha there's only one branch in singapore i suppose, at marina square. There's alot of cool looking shops there by the way, you girls should go down and take a look. It should be a small shopping haven for you all.
I've been ending school at 1.30 these past few days! The normally tiring mondays and tuesdays have suddenly seem much lighter with the absence of literature, and now I know what always makes me so tired usually. Its not moday blues, but bloody literature saps my energy like how a mosquito sucks your blood.
Dom asked a really weird question again today. Surprising, unexpected and all, for a moment i thought he was kidding. Looking at his serious/cute face however, I couldnt help but burst out laughing. Sengkiat as usual, was off somewhere dreaming, only catching up with us later, slowly, but surely. Also, he(dominic) has finally admitted he's trying to emulate thomas hardy's style of writing. No wonder his previous few blog posts meandered towards the abstract and absurd. Lol sorry dom. Seems like im not cut out to be a lit student if i cant understand your blog posts.
Hmm...Im wondering whether I should tell the truth. It
might will definitely make people angry, but at least i get to stop acting. Not that i mind acting either though, my partner's really fun to work with and all.
I really like this quote. Its damn funny.
"Im literally hemorrhaging generosity." Lol. Funny right? Laugh la...haha.

The end of the week/start of new week post
Another week has passed in a flash (dun they all) and I've yet to get in any revision time at all. The weight of promos and pw have been weighing down on me ever so slightly, bending my back till it almost threatens to snap my spinal cord.
It finally rained today! After days of seeing MSN Today forecast rain, and not see any at all, I am kind of glad to see it happen this afternoon. Cooled down my otherwise hot afternoon, and actually made me feel more refreshed. Sadly, the rain only lasted for about awhile...and not the whole day. Wished I could see more rain along the lines of the opening scene of Day after Tomorrow.
Seven Month is here guys. Although I personally do not know whether ghosts or not exist, its best to be cautious. Dun step on any offerings outside and say things that offend the unknown realm.
What if, what if i was the rain...would i be able to connect with someone's heart, like the rain the connects the never intersecting sky and earth?

ClockwatchingI cant believe i left a stack of survey forms that i printed in the school comp lab yesterday. You know whats the best thing? I even checked my bag when I was walking out of school, just in case I left anything behind. And although I saw a stack in my bag, it wasnt all the copies, but only mine! Oh my...but no matter, Mrs Koh told me the surveys had to be approved, and I have to make some changes to the questions, and shift them here and there.
Did I mention that I was supposed to take over Inez for her excursion trip to the Vatican Treasures Exhibition? She had a high fever and offered her place to me. I agreed seeing as I could offer some company to amalia, for all the help she has rendered for the past few weeks. You know, the reason why she was kinda stressed while sitting with us today was kinda funny, and i played a prank on mark today telling him that pohru was in hospital, and his reaction is something that you all should see at least once...but I digress.
So yup, since it was settled that I could go, then Mark wanted out, for some reason which I didnt exactly catch, and wanted to swop with Michelle. All was fine until the teacher in charge, Mrs Wee said that Mark had to go since he's the GP rep or something along those lines. So Michelle was actually pretty enthusiastic about it, and I myself sort of felt I owe an obligation to amalia, and it was pretty much a clash of interest. In the end though, decided to let michelle go since she's a
catholic christian and more enthusiastic and all...
And sometimes I hate it when people are NOT straightfoward at all. Its because of people like you thats why wars start and there's so much global tension currently. If you dun want to be straightfoward, dun say it in the first place. Its a stupid action if you dun know it.
I realised that we're all lagging behind in schoolwork! I cant understand anything in school and if I dun start revision soon, it might spell the end for me. I dun seem to be getting enough sleep either. Am always so tired nowadays. However, things in class, in my opinion, are getting more and more amusing, making life relatively easy going.
Ouch. Headache...
We have no way of knowing what is going to happen in the future. All we can do is to use the information at hand to make the best possible decision.

Feeling particularly bored today, and since maplestory was being laggy and all and i kept getting disconnected from it, ignored the pressing matters of starting and finishing my gp essay or getting in some serious revision time, I decided to melt some chocolate.
Getting the bar of Nestle's Milk Chocolate (or whats left of it) i broke up the bar into smaller pieces and then added some milk together with it into a small pot. Switched on the fire and then the fun started. According to dom, melted chocolate is called fondue. Hmm...well at that moment in time, the molten chocolate looked extrememly appealing.
Finished melting it and transferred the chocolate into a bowl which then I put in the fridge to cool down. I've took it out just down and finished the whole bowl of chocolate, and I've got to say the taste was quite similiar to something else I've ate before, and I started to crank my brain to remember it. Finally after a few minutes of thinking it struck me.
It tasted like milo.
Remember it was Nestle's chocolate i melted? Milo is made by Nestle too. So actually, Milo is hot chocolate. But then again, I think you guys would know this useless piece of information. Haha.
Well, its time to go off to try and finish up my gp essay.

National Day Celebrations in schoolWas kinda apprehensive going to school in red and white at first, maybe because I was worrying about what the passerbys would think if they saw me. But fears were assuaged by iggy saying there were many people in school with red and white, and when i walked out to the bus stop i saw fairly many people in that colors too. National Day celebrations were as usual, fun! and generally agreed by most people as the best event of the year, surpassing even teachers' day. People formed trains and ran round the auditorium, generally adding to the chaos and its not like we minded at all. Shihong, unfortunately was the first victim to get "chromed" by us, and consecutively, various other guys like sara, dominic, jon, iggy, shujian, sebastian and mingxiu hahahaha. The funny thing was everytime we started chroming someone, Mr Az will come over and try to stop us but everytime before he could say anything, we've already finished chroming.
After that went with jon, iggy, shujian and sk to suntec to catch our movies...and shujian offered the best one liner of all time.
"Where is Suntec City huh?"Lol. Unbelievable. Apparently he is really as blur as the rumours about him made him out to be. I heard he mistook orchard's kinokuniya as orchard library. Hahaha. We caught 2 movies, Wedding Crashers (second time for me) and Bewitched. Bewitched, sadly was a little disappointing BUT Nicole Kidman as usual was pretty! Wootz. Had a sort of mini marathon with all that walking in suntec and joking.
Went for dinner at bedok after that with sk and guyu, and then finally, left for home.
Sorry for the lack of colorful descriptions cuz...Im really tired. aha.
And before i forget,
Happy Birthday Singapore!

And now...though there is a slight risk of teachers reading this, am gonna talk about my very very interesting teachers i've had in MI.
Mrs Koh - Current home and econs tutor, her classes always have the highest pass rate in economics (at least for year 2) and she has been compared by the year 1s as looking like that japanese actress from GTO, Nanako Matsushima. Her overwhelming concern for certain classmates are at times, alarming to the students as she might have appeared too interfering. However, I appreciate that she's just trying to help, maybe though not neccessarily welcomed by others, and I have dubbed her, Mother Hen of the class. Mama Koh if you wish, and interestingly, her son bears a strong resemblance to dominic, and her husband, Mr Koh, bears a strong resemblance to Shihong. Maybe thats why she feels that we're like her family. Though that might be a one sided feeling to some. Most memorable quote : "Why huh? Why like that? Why huh?" -
Mrs Tan - Our history tutor, whom somehow disappeared half way last year to coach the year 3s for their As, and this year to have her baby, 04b4 might have been cursed as not to have a permanent good history teacher. Has a chilling aura to frighten most slackers (bertram, sara, eh?) and make them actually study, somehow the class still manages to fail miserably when she is in charge, though im sure its through no fault of hers. Her son, comes across as...not a very alert kid as he once ran into a table or something in our presence, and was stunned for the moment. Also relatively heavily as sila tried to carry him once and had to be given CPR after being crushed and suffocated by him. Most memorable quote : "Dun expect me to spoon feed you."-
Miss Aruna - Ex home and SEA history tutor, she comes across as a very no nonsense person, and has almost the same chilling aura as Mrs Joy Tan, although she is, from what i remember of her, quite a nice teacher if you get to know her. The stories that she told us of her life was the least to say, interesting. Sadly she left us halfway last year to pursue her masters in history in UK, I think. Recently saw her at Miss Bala's (now Mrs Muru) wedding, looking resplendent in her dress. Also claimed to have the same hair as Ailing when she was in junior college. Most memorable quote : "Im a bitch and I admit it."-
Miss Ng - A fellow saint, and the youngest lit/gp tutor we ever had, she has the uncanny ability to explain even the toughest poems, and making us "enlightened". Probably the prettiest teacher in MI (for both campuses) and somehow, is still single. Hates children and loathes the idea of marriage, and also has the weird idea of not wanting to live to old age, and wants to kill all elderly folks. Might not have been a very good role model, but an unforgettable and likeable tutor nonetheless. I have heard rumours of her driving extremely dangerously, though i've yet to confirm them myself. Most memorable quote : "Im not kidding you."-
Miss Bala/Mrs Muru - Lit tutor for paper 1 and paper 2 for year 1, and now only teaches paper 2 for year 2, her teaching style is fairly unique, and her lessons are interesting, to say the least. She succesfully made me pass Lit and garner an interest in the world of shakespeare and austen and what have you, and realise that there are many styles to writing, and not just the boring gp way. Sad to say however, we've been disappointing her by not finishing up what we were supposed to do and hopefully, that would change in the future. Most memorable quote : "Khai, if you're trying to be funny, its not working."-
Mrs Heng - Chinese tutor and the "grandmother" of the school, provides counselling service free of charge 24 hours a day seven days a week (or so she claims, I've tried calling her at 5pm on one of the weekdays and she didnt pick up.) however, many people still go to her for advice, and she has remedies for most sickness (Herbal tea, anyone?) Liked by all chinese students and some other malay/indian students, she tends to stress us out when file checking season is here. Teaches out of the accepted curriculum and is always telling us some interesting life stories. Her husband is apparently the right hand man of HongKong's richest woman. The only teacher in school to drive a Mercedes. Most memorable quote : "Jun Ming yao duo jiao peng you" Translated as : Terrance you must make more friends.-
Mrs Wee - GP teacher for this year, always telling us her highly biased stories (as said by dom) and her experiences, her style of teaching, though not exactly interesting, is not boring either. Debates during her classes are always fun too and makes time pass quicker. Makes us do many, many, essays which we all hate. Claims I write like a madman, which I am sure I do not. Most memorable quote : "I tell you...this is trueeeeee."-
Mr Heikal, Mr Ser and Mr Azlan - 3 pe teachers of the school, who imposes a strict regime of physical conditioning on the school to maintain the 100% napfa passes of the school, pre napfa season in MI is no fun, I assure you. Mr Heikal though, has a good sense of humour and is a good singer, while Mr Ser is the undefeated champion of badminton of MI. I dun have much info on Mr Az, as he was invited by heikal to teach here just this year. Is the teacher in charge for my house and worked with him for sports day. Can be fairly long winded at times too. Hmm.Most memorable quote : Heikal "XY chromosomes, 3 rounds this way, XX chromosomes, 3 rounds the other way. Haha!"Ser "eh you not like that do this!"Az "-"-
Miss Teh - New lit teacher from toh tuck. Apparently the HOD for paper 1 and teaches Return of the Native in the most boring way you can ever get, I'll honestly be better off reading the guide myself instead. Wears almost the same blue long sleeved shirt and black blouse every lit lesson, if i didnt knew better, that might have been her "uniform" for school. Her class usually falls asleep 5 minutes into her lesson. *stifles a yawn*Most memorable quote : "I have 8 dogs at home."-
Mdm Zarina - New lit paper 8 teacher from toh tuck, Miss Ng's replacement and I've got to say she's good too. Her jokes told with a straight face serves to crack the class up without fail everytime. An easy going person and also a HOD for paper8. Most memorable quote : "-"-
Mr Lim - What can i say about him? New teacher, possibly just graduated from NIE not long ago and sent to the slaugther in MI, i shall not discriminate his butt, and his tendency to irritate students by reading what they are writing on their answer scripts during exam. Has a slight problem with his pronounciation, and tries to be all our friends. Incredibly though, all of us managed to pass our history for this mid year thanks to his lenient marking though. However as Mrs Tan has said, its an one-off thing so...sigh.Most memorable quote : "I cannot speak English properly because I grew up speaking Hokkien. So if i shout or gesture like gangster or anything, its not because I want to be like that, but its because Im hokkien."-
For some of the teachers...sadly i cant remember what they usually say, so i did not include a quote. Next up hopefully should be friends outside 04b4 in MI. If you have any more info about the teachers, or i've made a wrong comment, tell me! I'll consider changing it.
"I DUNNO!" Farhan mimicking that weird new NIE teacher with the spastic look.

Dream Theater : A change of seasonsSince I dun really have anything to blog about, I shall now introduce my classmates in MI, through the various cliques they hang out in, of course, starting with me first.
Sengkiat, Dominic, Me - More well known as the STD, or the 3 boys at the back of the class, we've hung out quite often together since last year to this year, although it seems as though dominic has mark as his other chum. The religious guy in class, sengkiat with his righteousness that might sometimes get on others nerves, and the short temper that you never know when he'll get angry if you continue disturbing him makes life interesting. Dominic, the quiet, cute and innocent guy of the class, holds many trivial knowledge within him and knows more than you ever know he could. For him, the phrase "still water runs deep" best describes him, and you never know what he is thinking. He is also NOT straightfoward so it might be a pain talking to him at times.
-
Mark, Shihong, Khai - Mark, mostly described as the big guy of the class, loner, englishman, ANTI-singapore, is the resident GP/Lit genius of the class and accomplished badminton player, has the view that the western world holds much promise for him, and he'll have a better life in some other white country than singapore, where the skinny man wins (his words, not mine) Shihong, the thinker of the class, ladykiller (judging from the number of the girls that have fallen for him) most of his thoughts certainly lean towards the abstract, and not many would understand them, unless with the possible exception of mark. He is also widely acknowledged as the most hardworking student in class, and is expected to be one of the top students come start 2007 where we will collect our As results. Khai, the optimistic guy who sees things out of the ordinary, likes to crack jokes that somehow, the rest of us never fail to not see the humour in it. However comes across as one of the louder guys in class, and the IT fella who never gets it wrong with electronic stuff.-
Bertram, Sara - Possibly the smallest clique in class, and also most of the time used as target practice for the teachers, "Sara, tell me something about the German Unification." "Err...." You get the idea, the 2 slackers, Bertram seems to always have a girl that he currently is going out with, and always a whole bunch of reserves waiting behind. Meanwhile sara's the class's best soccer player, and also one of the best in MI, with his small build and sublime dribbling. He is however, studying very hard now so as to be able to promote to year 3 and not get caught into the army. He's already passed the age limit this year you see. Mark also thinks that bertram is forever out to get him, and they're always trying to shoot each other.-
Inez, Amy - 2 extremely fiesty malay girls of the class, both are of the same petite/diminuitive size and would have passed off as secondary 1 students, if not for their occasional use of colorful language. For inez, she packs quite a bit of pain with her slaps and if you are on the receiving end of it, I can only pity you. One of the loudest girls in class, and almost always wanting things to go her way. An extremely likeable person if you do get to know her. For Amy, arguably one of the prettiest malay girl in MI, or even one of the prettiest, for that matter, its surprising that she isnt already attached. A very sweet girl, although one that falls ill fairly easily, it must be due to the weather conditions of singapore. Come to think of it, inez tends to fall ill fairly easily too. No matter, the 2 of this girls, though always peforming a disappearing act between or even during classes, add life to the otherwise mundane routine of lessons.-
Rahimah, Farhan, Ayu - Farhan seems to hold a special relationship with both girls, and the 3 of them usually hangs out with akbar and aiysha of b3, and form one tight family of their own. Farhan with his own unique brand of humour and antics, never fails to crack the class or even the teachers up. In my opinion, this group also always have the best dance item during school performances, and nothing else even comes close. Ayu, also has one of the best voices I've heard so far when she sings, and its a pity that she doesnt sing more often now. Rahimah, surprisingly, can whip up a family dinner on her own, and seems to be a competent cook from what i see. She also has the most liquid brown eyes i've ever seen, though with the help of colored contacts. Haha, and something interesting, she has been checked out by 2 malay guys once in singapore post before, and if Farhan wasnt there, they might have made a move on her.-
Michelle, Gupreet, Hamizah - These 3 stunning girls, who unfortunately for them, happened to be sitting right in front of me, therefore get terrorized by me most of the time, although I suspect Michelle got the worst of it, with my fairly regular requests of asking her to elope with me to Indonesia. However, the 3 of them often gets entertained by Farhan, of which whom they are quite close to. Also the 3 of them often never fail to finish up any homework that is given, thus putting me under pressure.

Ailing, Vat, Sila - Another group of 3, they often keep to themselves and coincidentally, all 3 of them are in the same cca, the E-Club. Ailing, the class chairperson for this year, is amazingly famous throughout the school, most likely because of her extremely noticeable hair, which you dun get to see everywhere. Her name has become almost as synonymous with John Smith, which if you guys know, is the most common name and surname in America for the last century. Therefore, it should give you all a fairly good indication of how famous Ailing is, and how many people, even the teaching and non teaching staff, know of her name. She suspects that some teachers even read her blog! As for vat, which is arguably the best presentator/public speaker of 04b4, with her articulate pronounciation and melodic verbal command of the english language, and of course, would make a very good successor to Suzanne Jong, the current news anchor of Prime Time Morning, Channelnewasia. Sila, on the other hand, belongs into the group of the Elites (classified by Mrs Koh) as one of the top performers of the class, and also expected to perform exceedingly well for her As. Used to be classified and feared by Mark as the "Man killer."-
Manwinder, Lyvia, Justina, Helmy - The group that I sadly have the least information on, they mostly keep to themselves, and discuss their own interests without bothering anyone else. Mostly the extremely hardworking bunch of the class, probably more conscientous of their desire to go to a university than anyone else of us.
-
Chitra - the one that mainly keeps to herself (aka. Loner), other than with the possible and likely exception of vat, i would say her clique is still with the year 3 students, and she'll probably and hopefully be closer to us next year. Still, she shares fairly similiar tastes with me in the same kind of alternative rock music.-Well...thats the class of 04b4, a class of diverse personalities and interests."Carpe diem, seize the day"
