Insisting giving it in the name of being "friends".
Getting your friends to deliver the gift, then asking them how did she react.
Continue to ask them, even if they had told you everything there is to tell.
While listening to your ipod, You suddenly proclaim, "Eh I like her!" to nobody in particular, giving your friends who were doing lit essay and eating mamee noodles at that time a raised eyebrows kinda feeling.
Wondering if you should sms her.
